My Story
Catherine Satchell is a Certified Etiquette Consultant, receiving her certification from The Etiquette Institute of St. Louis. Her passion for etiquette education was inspired while providing a professional dining tutorial at St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley, where she discovered the joy of helping others develop confidence through proper dining and social etiquette.
With more than 25 years of experience in women’s fashion retail, Catherine also brings extensive knowledge of personal presentation and style. Her experience in boutiques and specialty stores, particularly in business and formal attire, has developed her expertise in selecting classic wardrobe pieces, achieving the proper fit, and dressing appropriately for every occasion.
Her Philosophy
Catherine believes that good manners are the foundation of etiquette and social grace. Through kindness, courtesy, and practical etiquette training, she helps individuals strengthen their communication skills, confidence, and personal presence.
Her approach goes beyond knowing which fork to use or what to wear. It is about equipping youth and adults with the skills to show up confidently, treat others with respect, and navigate social and professional settings with grace.
